In plain language: You own your memoir. We provide the service, you keep the result. We treat your content with respect and never claim ownership of your stories.

1. The service

Coravio provides a guided memoir creation service. Through conversations, your life stories are captured and transformed into written chapters that together form your personal memoir.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you provide and all memoir content created from your conversations. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your stories, chapters, or memoir.

3. Our license

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your memoir. This license terminates when you delete your account.

4. Payment and pricing

All plans are one-time purchases. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases, but your purchased plan remains unchanged.

5. Refund policy

We offer a full refund if you request it before your first chapter has been written. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in every situation — your satisfaction matters to us.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data — including conversations, chapters, and personal information — will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Limitation of liability

Coravio is provided “as is.” While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
