We don't run subscriptions, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You pay once, and what you receive is yours forever — digitally, and (depending on your plan) in your hands.

Pricing questions
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Chapter and realize you have more to say, you can move up to Memoir at any time by paying the difference. Your existing conversations come with you.
Why isn't there a subscription option?
A memoir is a finished thing — a book you'll have on your shelf, not an ongoing service. We charge once for the book, and that's it. If you want to keep talking to Frank afterward, top-up hours give you that flexibility without a recurring charge.
What if I don't use all my hours?
That's fine. Your conversations end when your story does — not when the clock runs out. The plan covers up to that many hours; many people use less.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
You can add hours mid-project (see "More time with Frank" above), or upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We won't stop you mid-sentence.
Are the prices in dollars?
Yes — all prices are in US dollars. We're working on local pricing for other markets.
