Completely. Your conversations and memoir are encrypted at rest and in transit. We will never share, sell, or use your content for any purpose other than creating your memoir.

You control what goes in your memoir. You can share anything in conversation — and then decide what makes it into the book. Sensitive stories can be included, modified, or excluded entirely. You're always in control.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time, and all your data — conversations, chapters, personal information — will be permanently removed. No copies, no backups, no traces.

Yes. The digital PDF is print-ready. You can print it yourself, use any printing service, or upgrade to our premium printed hardcover option.

Yes. You can upload photos at any time and they'll be integrated into your memoir alongside the relevant chapters. This is optional but adds a beautiful personal touch.

Yes. Any plan can be purchased as a gift. You'll receive a unique gift code and a printable gift card. The recipient creates their account and begins at their own pace.

If you're unsatisfied before your first chapter is written, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. After that, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, always fairly and with your satisfaction in mind.
